Workforce Engagement Project (pdf, 619Kb): a Report by the Public Services Forum of current innovative and good practices in involving and engaging staff and Trade Unions in public services reform, leading to the development of a 'toolkit' of best practice for employers and Trade Unions, to support them in implementing changes to service delivery. The report also included Case Studies (pdf, 522Kb) of change in ten organisations.
Pay and Reward principles (Word document, 50Kb) have been developed.
3E's, a Department of Health project (pdf, 427Kb) following on from their participation in the 2003/03 'Demography is Destiny' project, which investigated the impact of changing employee demographics on the workplace of the future. The output will include a diagnostic tool which measures individual employee engagement, analysed by age.
