The Innovation Exchange has launched its Invitation to Tender for a research partner. The research partner will capture vital lessons about the effectiveness of the Innovation Exchange’s activities and generate insights about third sector innovation for policy and practice.
The Innovation Exchange was established by the Office of the Third Sector in 2007 as part of Partnership in Public Services: an action plan for third sector involvement. It aims to provide third sector innovators with access to the people and potential capital they need to become more involved in public services. OTS has invested over £1 million over three years in the pilot project.
The Innovation Exchange is looking to engage a research partner from November 2008 until 31 March 2010. The partner should have expert knowledge of innovation in public sector and/or third sector contexts and experience of working successfully on similar projects.
The deadline for submission is 22 October 2008 at 12 noon.
