Consultation on the Consolidation of Charity Law The Office of the Third Sector conducted a consultation on a draft Charities Consolidation Bill. The draft Bill would bring together provisions of the Recreational Charities Act 1958, Charities Act 1993 and most of the Charities Act 2006 into a single piece of legislation. Social Investment Wholesale Bank consultation As announced in the Budget 2009, the Office of the Third Sector conducted a consultation on a Social Investment Wholesale Bank (SIWB).
