Health Strategy Review This report was produced in two phases. The analytical section of the report (Phase One), submitted in June 2002, has been released under the Freedom of Information Act. This section of the report assessed health outcomes in the UK, trends and drivers of future demand and issues relating to healthcare capacity. The report was submitted as a contribution to debate across Government. It is not a statement of Government policy.
