Social Capital
This seminar explored what is meant by social capital, reviewed recent trends in social capital in the UK and other countries, and examined the potential importance of social capital for a range of economic and social outcomes.
The aim was to draw out the implications of social capital for policymakers and to review what practical measures (if any) can or should be taken to promote the accumulation of beneficial social capital.
