• Minister for the Cabinet Office; and Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster
• Exchequer Secretary

The Executive Chair of the Better Regulation Executive and the Chair of the Small Business Forum may also be invited to attend.

Terms of Reference

“To ensure that the burden of regulation on business, the public sector and the third sector is kept to the minimum necessary; and report as necessary to the Committee on Economic Development”.
