Procurement Policy Note – Legislative Proposals for the Revised Procurement Directives and new Directive on Concessions

On 20 December 2011, the European Commission published legislative proposals for the revised public procurement directives and a new concessions directive. This PPN cascades the announcement to UK stakeholders and invites comments on the proposals to inform Cabinet Office’s negotiating position.
