The Cabinet Office Controls – guidance on actions and processes document

The purpose of this document is to provide guidance to central governmental organisations that are within scope on how to implement the Cabinet Office controls and moratoria ‘actions and processes’ – for example, the controls on ICT, consultancy and advertising and marketing spend. The controls and moratoria were first announced in May 2010 by letter to all Secretaries of State.

This document is the latest version of the guidance, released in July 2011. Any small changes to these processes (eg renewed templates, new contact details) will be made in real time on this online document, and indicated in the introduction.
