The Cabinet Office's concordats with the Scottish Administration [External website] and with the Cabinet of the National Assembly for Wales [External website] were published on Thursday 11 November 1999. They aim to establish agreed frameworks for co-operation between the Cabinet Office and the devolved Administrations, in accordance with the principles set out in the Memorandum of Understanding between the UK Government and the devolved Administrations. It is not intended that these agreements should be legally binding.
The Central Secretariat is responsible for co-ordinating these concordats within the Cabinet Office.
