Description: A key component of the Valuebill project was the development of schema designs to support the required information exchanges between the stakeholders. These designs were refined during the course of the Project pilot before public consultation and formal approval through both the GovTalk and Local e-Government Standards body (LeGSB) procedures. In response to change requests received since the issue of version 4.0 of the Valuebill Schema designs, a 3rd maintenance release has been proposed. This would be a minor version update that would not prevent XML data validated against the previous schema version, from validating against the new version.
