Who Should Attend
This is aimed at those relatively new to the disciplines of control centre working and information management in an emergency context. It will develop the confidence and skills necessary for the individual to be an effective member of an emergency control centre team.
Aim
To equip delegates with the knowledge and skills required to manage information in an emergency control centre.
