Business Continuity Management

Course Title : Developing and Maintaining Your Business Continuity Management Programme

This course is aimed at those who are familiar with the Business Continuity Management lifecycle. It takes participants (who are mainly Category 1 and 2 Responders) through a range of exercises that will help them understand their critical activities, get ‘buy-in’ for their BCM programme and to audit their BCM capability.

 

Aim

To identify good practice in the development and maintenance of BC arrangements.

By the end of this event you will be able to:

 

Pre-requisites

Knowledge of the CCA (provided on ICP) and a working knowledge of the BCM life-cycle (addressed in ‘Introduction to BCM Methodology’) will be assumed.
