Who Should Attend
This course is aimed at those who are familiar with the Business Continuity Management lifecycle. It takes participants (who are mainly Category 1 and 2 Responders) through a range of exercises that will help them understand their critical activities, get ‘buy-in’ for their BCM programme and to audit their BCM capability.

Knowledge of the CCA (provided on ICP) and a working knowledge of the BCM life-cycle (addressed in ‘Introduction to BCM Methodology’) will be assumed.
