Management Board
The objectives of the EPC Management Board are:
- To set the strategic direction for the Emergency Planning College.
- To consider and resolve policy issues relating to the formulation/delivery of the College's Business Plan.
- To approve the annual business plan and to monitor progress.
- To agree internal College policy.
Led by the Chief Executive, Michael Charlton–Weedy, the board members represent the three main areas of College business. They are:
- Ken Lawson, Director Training and Doctrine.
- Sue Hart, Director Business Services
- Meetings are held the third week of every month.
