New Customer Service Standard
In advance of its launch, Cabinet Office today makes available the final
version of its new customer service standard. We plan to launch the new
standard later this year at which point we will publish printed copies,
open up formal assessment and make available our new website and
self-assessment tool.
We believe the standard will help organisations to further develop their
customer focus and insight; supporting a culture which puts the customer at
the heart of service delivery.
We will keep our website updated on our progress over the coming months.
